- Cut the kefalotiri into 4 large triangular pieces
- Put a frying pan on high heat with the olive oil to heat up
- Place the flour in a bowl and add the salt
- Put the water in a bowl
- Take each piece of cheese, put it in the bowl with the flour and then dip it in the water. For the same piece, we repeat the process and pass it again in the flour and again in the water. Finally, we pass the same piece through the flour.
- After the olive oil has heated up, place the piece of kefalotiri Avramoulis inside. Fry for 2-3 minutes until it takes color and becomes golden
- We repeat the process for the remaining pieces of Avramoulis cheese.
Caution: put no more than two pieces in the pan at a time because there is a risk of them sticking. - We serve.
