Ingredients

2 slices Manouri Avramoulis

2 green peppers

8 cherry tomatoes

2 figs

1 tablespoon fig jam

3 tablespoons olive oil

Execute Recipe

  • Heat a frying pan over high heat and once it is hot, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Cut the manouri into slices and put it on the grill. Bake for 1-2 minutes to get color on both sides.
  • We place it on the serving plate which can also be a cutting board.
  • Cut the peppers into slices and the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • Pour 2 spoons of olive oil into the frying pan and after it has burned, add the peppers and cherry tomatoes.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • After they get colored, place them next to the manouri.
  • Cut the figs into quarters and place them next to the manouri.
  • Accompanied with fig jam.
